Blue Bed liner paint job

Blue Bed liner paint job
Hey everyone. I found this: https://www.grizzlygrip.com/index.asp . I noticed that they make bed liner with colors instead of the normal black. I was thinking of painting my entire truck in "Liberty Blue" bed liner in a few months because my paint job is all scratched up (some down to metal) from it's previous owner. I have a couple questions here:
1. How many gallons would I need to cover my entire truck, including the roof, mirrors, door handles and bumpers?
2. How is bed liner cleaned? Just wash it like normal paint? I assume you don't have to wax it?
3. How would I prepare the factory paint for bed liner? I don't have to sand it down to the metal, do I?
4. Which texture is best for this? Fine or coarse?
I originally wanted to just repaint the car with normal paint, but after I saw how complex it is and how bed liner seems to be easier to apply and there is less that can go wrong (not to mention to how good it looks on trucks), I decided to consider painting the truck in bed liner.
