Default Building a square front end

Hey guys, I've always loved the older more square front ends and I would love to have one on my 2002 Blazer.

Now, I just quickly photoshopped up something crappy, but I am not sure if it would (if done nicely) possibly look good or bad.

I know it'd be a PITA to do, but here's my idea:

Orig:

Modified(the thick black lines are there just to help show the squareness of it):

I don't see why this couldn't be possible.
It wouldn't be a full front end conversion so all internal parts wouldn't move, just the headlights would go up a few inches.
Basically, it would be new fenders/hood/modified grille, as well as slightly modified headlights.

Thoughts?

--YES I do know that it would probably ultimately look silly because of a boxy front end and smooth body.
This is basically late night mind wanderings.

Interesting concept. But, I think the difference btween the round back end& box front would be too much

Yeah, maybe what I really want to do is keep the smooth/roundness of it while raising the front of the hood because the main reason I dislike my current front end is because of the tilt of the hood.

maybe if you would put some roundness on the edges of the fenders and on the front of the hood it would look decent. Raisng the front of the hood isnt a bad idea, i always hated my blazer dint feel like a real truck where you cant see the imports tail lights at stop lights lol

Yeah, that is the only thing I truly dislike about my Blazer.

If only the angle could be changed this much:

I don't like it but I've never been a fan of any of the bubble body (95+) style.

This aint round.
I know a lotta guys think a truck oughta look like a full blown classic Mack. But I been through the styling fads. The gen two was no fad.

PS: Taking names here. NONE you better utter a peep about highway economy.
