Hey everyone. I got some problems with the seats and dashboard I am looking for advice on. I do wipe the entire interior down with leather wipes that have conditioner, so I don't know how this is possible. I treat my truck well and keep the interior very clean.

1. I found a crack on the top of the dashboard in the vinyl on the passenger side. It is about 2 inches long. It feels like hardened plastic. Is this type of thing fixable?

2. My driver seat keeps forming tears from normal wear and tear and the leather repair kit I have tried not only doesn't look good, but it keeps failing. Short of replacing that seat or the covers, what could I be doing to fix those tears?
