Default Dent Removal

So I was wondering about if there was any special technique to get rid of dents. Especially this huge one on the back. I have pulled it multiple times, but if you put even the slightest amount of pressure on it it just comes back. Any advice or anything would be great. Thanks

You can try the compressed air/heat method, since metal has memory.

What you do is, take a can of compressed air and turn it upside down so the "ice" comes out" and get the whole dent ice cold. then once the ice has gone away. take a hair drier or a heat gun set on the highest heat setting.

I have used this method to remove hail dents

I have seen it used on larger dents as well.
