Diff between 2WD or 4WD Lower plastic fascia

I have a 98 4wd Blazer that needs a lower Plastic fascia replaced. I have one for a 98 2WD. Will this fit up to it? The holes seem different. I am goin to need a front bumper as well so should I buy a 2WD bumper as well so it matchs up? Thanks

It will bolt right up. It just doesn't look the same.
