Default door pops

Ok my drivers door makes a poping noise sometimes when you open it, sometimes when you shut it, other times after you have been driving awhile. It seems like it it the spring loaded part of the hinge. I have tried greasing the roller on this and the hinge pins. This did nothing to solve the pop. It will only do it once for every time the door is opened and shut. The mechanic that did my inpsection said the door was twisted and that he could untwist it if Iwanted. Is the door being twisted the cause of this or is this what he thought was the door being twisted. The truck was T-boned at this door before I bought it but it was replaced by the dealers body shop.

Ok now it kind of rattles on some bumps and makes a squeak that you would hear in a haunted house when opening or closing the door.

Sounds like the part of the hinge that mounts to the truck got tweaked when it got t-boned. Mine did the same thing. I used a piece of wood and a bottle back and put pressure upwards on the door and it fixed it, but i wouldn't really recommend that unless you replace the hinge pins and bushings right after you make the tweak. Ask a bodyman if you can find one that'll give you advice, there are all sorts of tricks in the book.
