Default Driver seat adjustment problems

Help. Whenever the position of the driver's seat is changed, it won't hold. And often it is quite dangerous as the driver's seat goes all the way back leaving my feet off the pedals. It happens when I accelerate or stop. But once I get the seat back on the "notch" then it is fine until the seat has to be adjusted again.

Sounds like either the latch is not properly seating in any other position or that things are just worn out underneath. If you push down on the adjustment arm when you get close, can you make it latch in?
