Easy way to replace wewather stripping on back window

Default Easy way to replace wewather stripping on back window
the old weather stripping is old and cracking , so i bought new stripping but i am having a hard time to get it stay in the notches... when i roll the window up the stripping comes up with it... any suggestions... 1990 full blazer...thanks , john
