Default Euro lights question

I bought my first Blazer last week and love it so far. Dark blue, 2 door, 2003. I want to get some new tailights and checked styling concepts, $179.00 plus shipping. Checked EBAY and found several that are about 35.00 to 60.00 plus shipping, still under $75.00. So my question, why such a difference in price?
I'm also trying to find what the piece is called that is above the windshield on some. It's like if the roof was extended about 4 inches past the windshield. Anybody?
Thanks in advance.

I think ur talking about a Sun Strip

The difference in the price is simply.

Ebay lol. Mine were 45 bux off ebay and they're holdin up fine. Your basically paying the extra cash for the security and qulity knowing that your product will show up exactly as planned

Thanks Xblazer. The lights on EBAY are buy now at 37.00 and 19 shipping so I think I'll go that route.
The windshield piece is not a vinyl sticker, more like part of the roof. It's like a visor for the windshield. I've seen them on several chevy vans and S 10 pick ups.
