IMHO it could probably be fixed.
Either by pulling and straightenin the pillar, or by cutting the pillar and welding a new one in.
The GM parts catalog or LMC trucks body parts may show you if there is replacement parts.
A "good" body shop should be able to tell you.
If you want to keep it make a budget on what your Blazer is worth to you.
Many shops will tell you "it's a write-off" because the labor and parts are higher than the worth of the truck.
I had a similar damage on a Nissan Terrano once. The body shop told us that he will pull the pillar for a flat fee of 500 $ and from there determine if it can be fixed.
At the time the truck had a good 7'000 $ worth so we went with it.
Turned out the repair was possible with less work than expected.
Nevertheless it's a pillar which form part of the roll-over structure. Therefore a repair has to be made properly.
