On a 2000 LS 2dr, on the right front side, the bumper is angled up 1/2 to 1 in and the right headlight capsuleis tilted just slightly counter-clockwise (looking at it from the front). This truck was in an accident sometime in it's past and I was wondering if it's possible to adjust these parts without putting it on a frame rack and such.
