to make trim look like new at the lexus dealership i work at we use a product called "Dash Vent Magic" its in a spray can and comes out and remoisens the trim and gives it a brand new look. works very good. i've used it on my blazer's trim and it looks/works great! this is something that u would have to apply about every time u wash it or so because it does fade away.
