Headlights Won't Line Up
I would do the quad beam setup with a relay, that way you will get 100% of the power to each bulb instead of dimming. I dont remember how to do this cause I just bought the $55 kit to do it, which now that I have been in school for electrical engineering makes me realize what a waste of money that was. You should be able to do it for half of that price.
GAAHH!! more relays...
i was talking to nj4x4 yesterday and he mentioned that i may need a relay for my HIDs b/c some cars cant handle the power the ballasts draw. i guess its the same kinda deal here too. stock wiringmay not be able tohandle 240w of light.
in the how-to, jigg and kyle both mentioned it helps if you run a larger gauge wire for the lights
i guess ill just wait for the HIDs to come in and if i dont need the HID relay, i may buy the quadbeam relay ...or maybe ill just buy more HIDs for my fog lights
