Default Hinge Pins?

Ive got a 2005 S-10 Blazer, and the hinge pins on the passenger and driver sides are destroyed. It's not even the pins, its the holes in the pins that are seated in that have been wrecked. Is it possible to drill them out to be perfectly circular and get a big enough bushing? Or do I have to keep buying new pin&bushing combo sets every few weeks?

Try some JB Weld to fill in the gaps when you install the new bushing as a redneck way of fixing the problem.

The correct thing to do, however, is to weld up the worn out areas, grind smooth and re drill the holes to the proper diameter.
