You Can Go Clearer Than That If Ya Wanted To Like THe Ones I Got..But Yeah Those Should Be Legal, If THere Not Its Cause There Completely Clear On Top When It Should Be red, And Clear On Bottom Where Its Red......
yeah, i guess ill just find out about legalities or not ... i want to keep them clear though cause it goes with my theme/plan for my car of being white, since the interior's white, and the front's clear so yeah..

You should be OK. Law only requires red light for stopping and headlights on. The red reflector get you by during the day. Auto manufacturers are running 100% clear tail lights now. Only requirement is the red reflector. Take a look at the back of a Mountaineer or Lexus RX330. Both have clear tails but have red reflectors low in the rear bumper.
