Default How to adjust door on jimmy/blazer?

Ok I dont get it... how do you adjust the doors on the blazer/jimmy? the are hinges are welded and there are no bolts for adjustment. I've searched everywhere on the internet and couldnt find nothing...

I have a 4 door jimmy the problem I'm having is I tried 2 times already to replace the front driver door. Both times I grabbed the door off a 2 door jimmy/blazer.

Is there a difference in the front doors on the 2 door jimmy/blazer vs the 4 door jimmy/blazer? that im maybe not aware of?

The door doesn't sit properly ive replaced the pins and bushings and the door is still hitting on the crack between the front side pannel and the door. How do I adjust it to get it to fit?

Have you checked the part number for the doors to see if they are the same for the 2dr and 4dr vehicles? If the same, then there would be no difference.

Could the front fender be out of alignment?

I'm with christine, I'm thinking the you'll have to align your fender. The doors themselves dont adjust,I believe, they do sit better with new pins and have no sag.

And no there are no difference in the s10/blazer/jimmy/bravada front doors, other then the interior trim. Mines off a 4 door s10 pickup.

sorry forgot that some came with the plastic piece on the side of the bottom of the door to make it stick out. Yours has it, alot of them dont.

Ok if I have to align my fender how come my old door fits no problem but the new one doesn't? It doesn't make any sense...

I don't think it's a fender issue but I'm open to suggestions. If I were to align my fender how would I do that? I cannot find any tutorials online... could someone help me? thank you.

Sorry forgot to say mine is a SLS model without the extra plastic on the side. I just found a stock image online.
