I had that problem and did exactly what Kyle just stated and widened the tabs. I also put a litte bit of weatherstrip adhesive under it to make it more secure.

A third and probably easier method is what I did, get some double sided 3M tape, fold it half and half on that metal lip, then shove that trim piece back on. I used my fist to gently persuade it back into place
