Most likely, I'm miles away from attempting this, but....I have this idea that I could convert my '88 S10 Blazer into a sedan delivery/panel truck by removing the side windows and filling in with sheet metal/bondo etc. My wife thinks I'm nuts...she's probably right. All other signs point to YES on that note.
It's probably all a pipe dream, but I like the vision. Has anyone ever seen the end result of anything like this?
I'd also love to modify the grill with a life size skull inserted smack dab in the middle.

 

I dont see why you couldn't turn it into a delivery type truck. Though it would take a lot of work to get it looking "factory". In my last job I often used my 2000 4dr for transferring large quantities of produce between grocery stores. Most notably 96 cases of grapes, thats around 1728 lbs of grapes in the back of the truck.
