The jack storage cover on my 99 falls off frequently and doesnt seem to be real tight. The latches on the cover are in tact and seem to work. Is there like a grommit for the holes?

 

I have the same problem. I put it back on all the time, and it seems secure. Then driving down the road it falls off just about every time. Yes, I know this post is almost a year old. Just wanted to let you know you're not the only one having the issue.

 

the plastic holder along the window broke off of mine, i tried everything. thats how it started, it kept coming loose
