Krylon

Krylon/Rustoleum
Not sure about the Krylon product, but depending on what you're painting I can recommend Rustoleum Hammered. I've used it on sway bars, and stuff like a rear differential cover, radiator support, underhood braces, etc. It works great for parts like that. The diff cover I painted 6 years ago and it still looks very good, as does the radiator support. holds up very well to oil, antifreeze, other chemicals. As for UV, I have painted stuff that is in direct sun. It holds up well but loses some gloss if you don't wax it or anything. It actually seems to work better on surfaces with slight rust or existing paint than clean bare metal, provided it's very clean and adhering well itself.
