So I recently bought my 95 jimmy and am doing a few little things to make it what "I" want. One thing i didn't want was the original 5 stripe pinstripes. they were old and cracking and fading from white to gray to brown depending on where you looked....

So I stopped by a local body shop supply dealer here in town and bought an "eraser" wheel and proceeded to erase my stripes. once they were taken off I hit the body with my Mothers power ball and a bit of meguiars polish. now you would never know there were stripes on it.

Next week if the weather is willing I'm masking off the silver molding stripes and blacking them out. Kinda going for an all dark theme here...
