Most companies should include an instruction booklet to help you out. But from what I've been hearing use either a fork or a special needle removing tool to romove your needles. Make sure you note what ALL your gauges read when you turn on your blazer. Or, you can SLIGHTLY bend the needles and slip the overlays on without taking them off. Once again, this is what I've been hearing from a lot of people so the risk is yours to take, or go the safe route and have a professional do it.

I TRIED TAKING THE GLASS OFF MY OVERLAY......BIG MISTAKE, YOULL CRACK IT, I EVEN TRIED BLASTIN IT WITH HEAT GUN. AFTER YOU TAKE IT APART, THE EASIEST THING WHICH WORKED WAS TO FOLD THE OVERLAY THROUGH THE BIG HOLE (TACH OR SPEEDO) LAY IT OUT, THEN PEEL THE BACKING OFF TO ATTACH. IT WAS A CARBON FIBER OVERLAY WHICH MADE IT OKAY TO BEND. OBVIOUSLY, NOT RECOMMENDED WITH METAL OVERLAYS(CUZ YOULL SEE THE BEND) (DUH)
