New Paint Job! (Finished!!!)
Thanks for telling me that I probably would have messed everything up. Well what about buffing out the truck minus the parts I did paint, to get the gloss up a little more to the new paint level.
normally buffin the paint is done after its painted/cleared and has dried but ya still have to be careful not to burn the paint with the machine... my friend will only buff out a new paint job if theres any sign of dust that got in it...other than that he leaves it and tells the cust to come back in a few weeks for the buffing..
When I got my back end replaced after getting rear ended, the dealership told me to wait a month before waxing, and that was in the middle of the summer (although that could go either way...much hotter...but more humid)
Man I'm so mad right now!!!!! I just got this fresh paint job and I was showing my dad today and there is a long scratch on the passenger side quarter! I just started driving it again on monday! It looks like I'm going to be parking in BFE whenever I go anywhere!!!!! This ruined my whole day now.
