No they don't have extreme kits for the 4dr, they make them for the two door (blazer), standard cab(s-10), and extended cab(s-10). what you can do is opt for the front and rear setup off a blazer kit for your bumpers, then if your up to a lil fabrication take to sets of sides and form them together, just an option.

oh ok...thanks alot gr81...as long as the bumpers fit im in good shape...i think street beat customs makes some side skirts for the 4dr that are a lot like the extreme....now just to try and find the bumbers for sale.
thanks again!

i was thinking about doing this. I was gonna buy the 2d kit and just cut the side skirts in half and bondo the middle.

Yea if you get the front and rear bumpers off the same year extreme as your blazer they will fit, its just the side skirts would be an issue, but with a lil fabrication you can have the extreme side skirts but it may cost more to do that versus just finding some made for your truck that look the same.

That might work but I am thinking still that an extended cab truck is not a big as a 4dr blazer. As long as you get the front and rear bumpers from a 98+ 2dr blazer they should mount up fine. Otherwise I would probably go aftermarket for the side skirts (def measure up the extended cabs side skirts though cause it might work). Good luck.
