Default Opinion: Exterior or Interior lights?

I want to make my black 2000 4door look nicer.
I'm torn between using some sort of LED to light up the interior, or adding exterior/offroad lights?
Any suggestions?
For the record I am a teenager who doesn't have disposable income, but I do have a shop that I can do my own work in.

Well do you want to make your interior nicer or do you want to make your exterior look a little more "rugged" or "cool" or whatever you want to say?

Well i wanna do both. The interior would probably be cheaper and easier, but I think I would rather do the outside if it wasn't too expensive

Well Id say start with the interior first then move on to the exterior. Just work towards what you want.

i say go interior mod first if resources are limited.
i figure you will spend more time looking at the interior so you will "see" more of what you have done. it might motivate you to do some other things.
i know i still like riding around all day in my leather seats i put in.
i spend a lot of time on the road for work and leisure.
the exterior mods are more of a "look at me" and while they are great, you dont seem them nearly as much.

Yeah, i think i'll order blue lights for the inside of my car tomorrow.
Probably just 2 LED strips for the two front seats, unless anybody knows of any better interior lighting.

I got these Vision X 12" LED strips from autopartswarehouse.com
altogether it cost me $25
They give you screws to install them but i used the stuff that you attach EZ pass with, and some tape and twister seals.

Now that that's done, my dad gave me these Cibie lights. I don't know anything about them, but I think they were expensive, they're pretty old. Anybody know anything about them?

I'm thinking of making a bull bar and installing these on the underside of the bar and putting some rectangle Bosch lights on the top.
