Just joined the forums as it seemed like a really helpful place. I am going to the silver lake sand dunes in the coming weeks. I have searched everywhere on the net and haven’t really found any good info on mounting an ORV flag on the front end of my stock 1998 Blazer LT. Any links to purchase a kit (or directions/ pictures) for mounting a flag would be greatly appreciated.

i have looked too and havent found a whole lot. What i think im gonna do is take a piece of steel and bolt it up were the tow hooks are. Then just drill a hole and bolt the flag on.

Im assuming your from MI. Where do you live? Im just north of grand rapids

 

Haven't been to silver lake in a long time (had quads...then kids...so long quads) We got heavy duty quick disconnect (like on hydraulic and air lines) That way you could take it off when you leave without tools. Probably mount a piece of steal off the tow hook is the best idea.

Have fun over there...throw some sand for me!!
