Overhead console rattling soulutions

my overhead console rattles like crazy when ive got my system turned up... is there anyway i can tighten it up to keep it from rattling as bad?

I actually have the same problem on my ride and it's really irritating. A friend of mine suggested installing dynomat on the headliner. Do you guys think it would help?
