Painted my grille black...
when i was getting the rust fixed on my quater panels because it was unbearable, i told the guy to spray my grille black to match the car.
this is how it ended up... pretty cool i think...

how do you think it eould look if i painted the bumpers all around to match it?
what about these stock rims?( im hoping to get some 31s or 33s for my bday and some black rock crawler rims) heres what my stock tims look like...

Yeah, you should get the bumpers painted. It would make for a cleaner, sleak look. I don't know about the rims. I don't think I've ever seen black bullet hole rims. It might be easier to sell them when you get your new rims if you leave them stock.
And if you're gonna go as far as painting the bumpers, what about the mirrors/roof rack?
