when you slowly close the door does it go into place smoothly or can you see it go up slightly?
you may have a bad door hinge bushing...mine went out and i developed a small leak along angled portion of the door frame.
just a thought.

It really does sound like a door hinge issue, when you checked bushings what were you looking for? My driver door didn't sag at all, the old bushings looked good even when I took them out, but the only symptom i had was a slow drip onto my power window switch. If you open the door about half way, and lift from the bottom, can you move it up or down any? If not I'm really out of ideas.

are you sure it's coming from the front door? possibly heater core or condensate drain plugged? my leak was the rear door seal, parked on a downhill and it pooled in the front...

Yeah. I sat in it while I got my dad to hold a water hose at the top of the door. It's coming in right in the bend of the door.
