Okay, so I got rear ended in my blazer the other day. It was already jenky and a couple dents, so I'm not too mad about it. Anyways, its a white 4 door 97. I'm considering getting one from the junkyard, but it HAS to be white. My local junkyard has a white 4 door 98. I know the bumpers were changed with the front end. So the question is can I put a 98 rear bumper on my 97 without modifications to it?

 

You could either buy customized brackets on certain sites that will allow you to do the conversion without any problems. Or you could custom fabricate something up yourself.
