removing trim panels on side of truck

does anyone know if there are holes behind the trim panels on the side of the truck? i wanna take them off but i gotta know if im gonna have to do body work or not

You mean the blazer logo/plastic/shiny piece down the doors?

I removed mine. The side trim is held on by nothing more than double-sided tape. The rear pieces however have two holes with clips. A little bondo and touch up paint takes care of those.
