Default rubbing compound

I just recently repainted my truck but noticed there was a few spots I wet sanded that didn't quite get buffed back out and I'm wondering would I be able to go back and fix it?

Also they are pretty small spots but I'm pretty picky is this possible to do by hand as I don't own a electric buffer.

your best bet would be to try some new finish wax first. But if that dont work you may need the electric buffer.

That would be able to take out where I color sanded it?
