Default rubbing noise in drivers side rear wheel when driving

I have a 98 blazer and when i am driving i hear a metal to metal rubbing noise. this is in the drivers side rear wheel/ axle when driving or coasting. the blazer is 2x4. Any information would help. information on how to fix the issue would be nice to.
Thanks

The noise only happens when driving or coasting not when im braking. Could this be a bad rear wheel bearing?
