Default rust

Hi, I have an 03 blazer xtreme in great shape, or what I though. I was washing it the other day and noticed some rust bubbles in front of the rear wheels at the bottom of the truck. After further inspection, its way worse than I thought. The metal is so soft with little effort I could push right through the metal. My question is what do I do? Can I buy replacement panels? The truck only has 73k on it, and I was planning on keeping it for a while, but I don't want to if its going to have holes in it soon.
