run your power from the + terminal on the master fuse box under the hood.... make sure you have an inline fuse between the power source and the switch. Also make sure you do not run a higher capacity fuse than the switch. (ex. 40a fuse with 30a switch can be bad news...) the switch would overload first and melt...lol (did it once in my amature wiring days) you want the fuse to overload first if there is any problem. Ground them to the upper bumper bolts behind the grille... if the brush guard is like mine it bolts above and below the grille. Ground the lights to the top bolts... remember though... vehicle wiring is different than home wiring..lol alot of people make that mistake....

ok that sounds good, i remember being in my fuse box a couple of times, is the + terminal easy to spot? and what guage of wire would be good?

yes.... and a light gague of wire would be alright.... like 12,14, 0r 16.... i cant remeber what I used. the gagues of wire are amp rated... you need to make sure they all match....
