Hey is it possible to get the bracket to move the spare tire on a 2dr 2wd Blazer(2001) to the outside like a 4x4?

 

i was just about to ask this , mine question was a little different though. i was going to ask if i could take the exterior mount from another 4 wheel drive and put it on mine, because mine is an lt the tire is under neath but the bracket rusted off so now i have to put my tire in my truck
