Ok thanks, I am going to use washers. I was actually reffering to the holes you have to cut in order to fit your hands inside the panel to put the nuts on haha. Maybe I'll get my little brother to give me a hand...literally lol. Thanks for the info.

ohhh I cut a square hole big enough to fit my hand in right above the floor in the back corner.

I would use the grinder wheel over a saw zaw

I may not have a choice, unless my dremel tool with the cutting wheel will do the trick. I really need to invest in a grinder...

grinder wheels are cheaper than saw zaws, both are handy tools
