Weldless Bumper

On the sides yeah, but the middle plates need to stay solid to attach the square tubing.

Change of plans, Menards doesn't carry flat steel. Home Depot doesn't carry flat steel wider than 2 inches. Farm and Fleet goes up to 3 inches, so I am going to have to deal with that.

Bending 1/4-pain in the *** with 3 people, a welder to tack, and a bench vise
Welding gaps after using acetylene torch-pain in the *** as well
New bumper with a few bends to match the front end-Priceless and looks MEAN
She looks like so: might be sellin it to pj, for his jimmy (james)

you can always have someone else weld it for you. i used to be in the same boat. when i did the sfa on my s10 i cut and made everything. labeled or put in place what i could and had a guy come and weld everything up

Definitely like your bumper and especially love the BLAZER on the front.
Bend wise, I won't be doing insane bends. I will be putting like a 5-10 degree bend in the middle of a big piece, that's it.

I have considered that, however, I'd really like to be self sufficient plus later, I can say, I built that... Not I built that but had someone else weld it.
