So Blazen_red's sale thread got me thinking : Does anyone know which seats fit into a second gen Blazer that bolts right in or doesn't need much fab work? Reason I ask is my bucket seats are kind of torn up and I don't find them too comfortable regardless.
I think I've heard talk of Cavalier seats going in pretty easily, but A) don't quote me on that, B) best of luck finding any Cavalier seats that are in good shape, and C) not sure how much more comfortable they would be compared to the original Blazer seats...

I have been personally wanting to get some leather buckets out of a TA/Firebird/Camaro.
I like the way they look, they are comfortable, and they sit a little lower....which is great if you're taller.
But realistically....almost any seat could be modified to fit.
I've read about Cavalier and camaro seats being near bolt in. A lot of guys using older BMW seats in their S10 pickups.
Dream seats would be out of a newer Mustang....get the heated ANDair conditioned ones.
I'll probably do some kind of sport car or sedan powered bucket seat. Thanks again to Blazen for the idea.
The Caddy seats were just comfortable, that's why I went with them lol
Well, that and I had connections working in the position that I did at the time at a salvage yard
The Cadillac ATS seats definitely sat higher than the Blazer seats though. Worked out great for me as I'm not a tall guy, and the wife is even shorter. I was comfortable with them at their lowest setting, which was almost like having power Blazer seats at their full height. When the wife drove, she would adjust them all the way up to the point where the headrest was almost touching the roof lol.
This was fully lowered, comfortable driving position for me. But someone tall would have issues fitting...
