Default Electric cooling fan?

My buddy was telling me something about swapping the belt driven fan in my blazer with an electric fan which in result would give me some more horsepower which would be great. Like I've said before though I'm not much of a mechanic but I'm really working towards learning a thing or two about my blazer. FYI I have a 1994 S10 Blazer, 4.3. Could someone tell me how I go about replacing my belt driven fan with an electrical one and what kind of job we're really talking about here? thanks guys!

Don't expect any HP increases either. The engine will seem to spin up faster but the 1-2 HP you get you won't be able to notice.
