What are the differences between buying/using one of these devices verses a PCM tune?

This will flash a preset program onto your pcm and allow you to return to stock setup just as easy as installing the tune. A pcm tune would require you to take it somewhere or remove the pcm and ship it off and wait for someone to install the tune and then send it back, unless they were local to you. I also believe a pcm tune is better but more expensive. Good luck.
