Work as in make money for the seller? Sure it does. Takes that money right out of your wallet and puts it in his (or hers). As far as work as advertised, not a chance! It is the resistor trick. The PCM will correct for it.

 

I think you should try it. Then we'll have a thread to link to everytime someone posts asking about these things
