What cam should I go with? I was lookin at the comp cam xe294h but I don't really know what to do.

Thanks man, the only problem is, I've heard cams are cut or lobed or whatever, for certain uses. Most of the info I saw was for street rebuilds. My truck isn't going to revolve around street performance. Let me know if I'm wrong about this or whatever though.
