95 was the transitional year from OBD I to OBDII. Its not OBD I, but its not fully OBD II. That's how it got the name OBD I.5, because its between the two systems. Its a mongrel year that no pcm turner will claim

Recall...? For what? It did not involve any safety related concerns. It was just a bastard child type of PCM. Nothing more to it and definitely not something to do a recall over. The system worked fine...

 

Makes me happy I did not buy that 95 I was looking at.

on ebay they have open air intakes for like 30$ or 40$ witch includes a chrome pipe filter and all to instal btw its a no name filter but you can buy a good filter otherwise the pipe is the same and not sure what a cat back exaust would run but you could do that two
