As much time, effort, and love that I've put into 'ol red, the time has come to let someone else love it as much as I have. Needing something with more towing capacity and have a Tahoe lined up to bring home in the next week. But already having 3 vehicles in the drive way, there's just no room to keep 4. So the Blazer makes the cut and I'll be letting her go... I go back for forth between daily driving the Blazer and a little old Saturn car (purely because of it's 30+mpg lol), so the mileage is going to continue to go up a little as time goes.
If you've been a member on here for any length of time, I'm sure you've seen the many posts I've made of the things I've done to this Blazer of the last 6+ years, and how far it's come from the bone stock 4 door it was when I got it.

It needs a few small things addressed at this time, but I plan to start fixing those issues in the coming weeks, and I may or may not start raising the asking price accordingly... It's due for an oil change, there's a small oil leak up front (THINKING is where the cooler line goes into the radiator, but I wouldn't doubt if it's the cooler line itself...), the right rear window wind deflector is broken (have another one to stick on), there's some moisture in the roof mounted light bar (just need to pop the lens off, let it dry, and reinstall with a thin bead of silicone), hatch glass button works on and off (contacts in the button just need cleaned), the low speed on the electric fans doesn't work sometimes (need to chase the wiring and find the fault; the high speed mode still works fine), the driver's door pin bushings need changed (surprise...). Other quarks; the airbag light intermittently comes on and off, code reader shows it's the circuit going to the front impact sensors (I've replaced the sensors and that didn't seem to do anything; I have an entire harness to replace the one that's in it, pulled from a junk yard, just never bothered going through the troubled to swap it...), one of the up stream O2 sensors throw a code every once in a while, I've just been clearing the code and keep driving... sometimes it'll be fine for a month, sometimes it'll throw the code the next day... and the rear tire carrier is noisy on bumpy roads...
Does NOT get good gas mileage (like 11mpg), is NOT a quiet ride between the Flowmaster 40 muffler and the 1/2 worn mud terrains, and it's 17 year old suspension design carrying oversized tires leaves the steering feeling "spongy", but if you've ever owned a 4x4 Blazer then you should already be aware of these things lol. Paint is far from perfect, she's no show queen, but I feel it's in pretty good shape for it's age.
All that said, as it sits, I would trust it in a moments notice for a cross country highway trip, or a trek deep into the woods. It has undoubtedly been one of the most reliable vehicles I've ever owned and is VERY mechanically sound.
I will try to list below everything that I can think of that I've done to it and when, but I'm sure I'll miss some things, so I might add more as I think about it later on.
I also have a TON of spare and extra parts that will go with it that I've accumulated over the years, including a full set of 5 Camaro 16" wheels with all terrains on them. So many parts that if you do plan to buy it, come with a truck, because you'll end up putting everything in the back of that truck and in the back of the Blazer to get it all home lol.
Recent work done:
-Intake gaskets - about a year ago (used the upgraded metal gaskets)
-Rear axle backing plates - about a year ago (got a new diff cover, axle seals, and all new rear brake rotors, calipers, pads, and parking shoes at the same time)
-New radiator - about 6 months ago (all aluminum radiator)

-Diamond Edition swap (front and rear seats, door panels, and steering wheel)
-Steering wheel radio controls retrofit
-Double din Android radio (Pumpkin brand)
-Rockford Fosgate speakers in all 4 doors (coax in the rear, components in the front with the tweeters in the dash)
-4 channel Alpine amp in the dash for the door speakers
-12" JBL subwoofer in a sealed box and 400 watt Rockford Fosgate amp (wired with 0 gauge to the rear seat so there's headroom to go bigger, stepped down to 4 gauge for the current setup)
-Reverse AND forward facing camera fed into rear view mirror with screen in it
-Hardwired 1080p dash camera
-Roof console mounted switches to control the roof light bar, brush guard light bar, fan speed, winch arm, and aforementioned forward facing camera
-Console mounted CB radio (not wired at this time, just mounted with a custom designed and 3D printed bracket to take the place of the factory tape deck)
-LED bulbs swapped everywhere but the headlight switch, 4x4 switch, and climate controls)
--- Engine bay ---
-All aluminum radiator as mentioned before
-Dodge Intrepid dual electric 2 speed fans
-K&N intake
-MSD plug wires
-AD244 145 amp alternator
-Flashed computer to correct speedometer for tire size (have original unmodified computer that will go with the Blazer as well)
--- Exterior ---
-Shackle and torsion bar adjustment lift
-31x10.5 Hankook Dynapro MT tires on 15" Ion Alloy wheels (full matching set of 5)
-2 door rear swing out tire carrier
-Brush gaurd
-Sky Offroad Design winch mount
-Smittybilt 8k winch (was completely torn apart and rebuilt/regreased before installing)
-24" LED bar on the brush guard
-52" curved LED bar along the roof line
-LED pods flush mounted into rear bumper that kick on with the reverse lights
-Custom built HID projector retrofitted headlights (that are starting to look a little rough... I have a second set that I'm working on and may have them finished to install soon, otherwise they'll just come with the truck as an unfinished project)
-LED retrofitted aftermarket rear tail lights
-Projector fog lights, pulled off a Corvette, ironically brand named "Blazer", with HID's in them (they're just as bright as the headlights by themselves)
-Billet grill insert (not that you can really see it behind the brush guard and LED bar...)
-Street Scene door mirrors (kind of small... but look neat)
And yes, I will be removing all the stickers before it's sold lol
