As a Systems/Network/IA Administrator I can tell you...
They arent Bugs!
If you work for Microsoft, They are Features
If you work for IBM, they are proprietary features
If you work in *Nix, they are unresolved developmental contraints.
If you work for the Government/Army They are training opportunities.
If you work for IA (information assurance) they are "hardened security policies."
but they are most certainly not bugs!
