Looks like they might be Jungle Fender Flares. There was a thread about them recently.

Yeah, where can I buy those fender flares???? I like the whole set up. What size lift you think is on there? Kind of like the tires too!!

Judging from the texture on the front of the hood, that could be a complete bedliner paint job.

Craigslist or similar is probably the only way you'll find flares for a blazer that has been out of production over 20 years.
Here's a set of 1st gen Blazer fender flares for sale that look similar:

Yeah, I'll probably have a hard time finding most of what I want for mine.

To me they look like the stock 94' ones.

Maybe LMC Trucks?
