Chevyriders Minnie Jimmy project (Return of the Minnie Jimmy)

Thanks, i appreciate it!
Yeah color matching is difficult as it is, but ppg' s variant chips don't even come close to matching the color you get when you mix the formula, and the only solution they've offered is "switch to waterbase, you won't have that problem anymore" in other words they're trying to bully the shops into buying a product they make more money on... Sherwin Williams puts a lot more focus on their solvent based products so we're switching it up.
Here's a couple spoiler pics- just setting up there now, I gotta wire it up and mount it still

Thank you! The gap matches the one under the headlights, I suppose lol.
Well i got the third brake light wired up, and spoiler officially mounted now.
The windshield wipers stopped working again, so I reflowed some cracked solder joints on the wiper motor circuit board, and that fixed my problem!
Thanks to SwartIkk for the awesome write up on that

Gave it a bath and cleaned it up from the salt nice too.
I'm probly going to go on hiatus from the jimmy for a couple weeks now...the blazer is begging for some attention
Just for kicks, I measured them both- the blazer is 22 inches higher than the jimmy

Im liking this build. Great work on the paint job, it is hard to paint match a normal color. Yours is even harder because your red looks metallic. Metallic colors are very hard to match. But keep it up. Im enjoying watching you do all this stuff!
