I can understand why he's upset, I hate calling the Compaq tech support. At least you can understand what the Dell tech support guy is saying.

I seldom get results from tech support until I get to level 3 or 4.

Only time I call them is when its a problem on their end. Sincecomputersis what I do for a living.

Thank god I dont have to deal with the general public at my job.
