This was about a week ago, and he brought his slicks (good for 10.92's with slicks) but didnt bring the key so he decided to run at the track with his Street tires.
Keep in mind he has a 6.0l swap out of a silverado, and then he also turboed it.

The clip showing the tread marks doesn't make it look like he has a limited slip... At least not one that is working properly. You can see where he shifted and lit them both back up, but it sure looks like he's doin' a one-wheel-peel down the track...

Auto's can still spin through a shift. I should know, my Chevelle is an auto. The fact that it is an auto doesn't mean that the change from one gear to another would make it spin any more or less given the power that he is obviously putting down.
So it still makes sense. It was when it shifted and who's to say if he was manually shifting through the gears or just had it in OD.
*EDIT* - on the second run he definitely was spinning both tires, but on the first run is where it looked like only one was spinning judging from the marks left on the track.

Not the whole spinning thing or LSD.

Ok so maybe I should have said when IT shifts instead, but even auto's can be manually shifted.
It's all besides the point. Great looking video! I'd be interested in learning more about the truck!
